Greetings Everyone,
The Cedar Village Board of Directors will hold the annual Homeowners Association meeting on September 25, 2011, at 1:00 PM at the Cedar Village recreation building. The Board and Management hope that you can attend this year. If you are not an owner, you can still attend to learn more about Cedar Village. Everyone is welcome.
The Board and Management have been busy the past few years with replacing the original rear decks and other improvements, as well as taking care of things that just wear out and need replacing. Overall, the units and recreation building are in great shape. This is evident by the very good RCI scores we continue to receive from exchange guests and the positive comments we receive from our owners. Cedar Village still receives a very high number of exchange guests which proves that Cedar Village and Beech Mountain is a very desirable place to relax and spend your vacation time, regardless of which season.
The past three years have been hard on most everyone. We say “Thank You !” to all of our loyal owners that have continued to pay their annual maintenance fees on a timely basis. We want to let everyone know that we are understanding of various circumstances and that the Board and Management will work with anyone to devise a payment plan, if necessary, that is mutually acceptable. However, all owners need to remember that all owners are the “Association”, and the Board and Management must conduct business in a courteous and effective manner with respect to all owners.
We would like to remind you that the Cedar Village Homeowners Association has a number of weeks available for purchase. The weeks are priced attractively according to the red, white, and blue seasons. Buying an additional week or weeks at Cedar Village is a good value for those that enjoy Cedar Village or enjoy trading into other locations. Cedar Village has very good trading power because of the very good RCI scores and the fact that we have 3 bedroom units. Please contact the office at 1-828-387-4246 for sales information. The Association also has rental weeks available at very competitive rates.
