Cedar Village going GREEN; all water heaters will be turned off from the switch. Please call in advance in order for maintenance to take care of it for you!

The new repaving of Building A is completed. New culverts have been installed at the creek at the side of building A and at the Charter Hills Rd access. Smooth sailing!
Also new steps have been installed at the recreation/pool building- these will allow better water flow and less distress on paving in front of building C.
We are working on repaving all parking areas within the next 4 years.
New swivel chairs have been ordered for all units and will be in place by May 1st.
