Late Check In?

Check in after 5:00 p.m. at Action Realty/Accommodations Center Office 500 Beech Mountain Parkway.

We are the 2nd building on the right once you get to the top of Beech Mountain.

On the front porch of the building you will find a wooden box labeled “Late Arrivals” an envelope with your name on it will be in the box with keys

How do I exchange my week?

Cedar Village is an RCI Resort Property. However you may also exchange through Interval International.

When and where is check in?

Check in is at our Management office located at 500 Beech Mountain Pkwy. Action Realty / Accommodation Center.

How can I allow someone else to use my week?

Whenever you are allowing family or friends to stay and occupy your unit. Please call us in advance at 828-387-4748 to give us names and information!

How do I transfer ownership?

You may transfer ownership by selling your deeded unit week.

Do you allow pets?

No, we do not allow pets.

How do I trade internally?

By calling us at 828-387-4748. We will provide a list of the owners for the dates you are looking to exchange.
